ELIGIBILITY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Rex's unique COVID refund guarantee offers a full refund of the fare or changes with no admin fee. This only applies to

• any passenger whose trip has to be cancelled or changed due to COVID related border closures or geographical lockdown, even if Rex’s flights operate as scheduled.

Where travel insurance covers part of the loss, the COVID guarantee only covers the loss not covered by insurance.

HOW TO REQUEST A CREDIT OR REFUND
If you are eligible, please submit an application, with supporting documentation, here.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommend to cover for any eventualities other than those covered by the Rex Refund Guarantee to ensure complete peace of mind.

TRAVEL AGENT BOOKING
If a booking that was created by a travel agent is eligible for a refund, Rex will add an authority to the ticket, however the refund will be processed by the travel agent.
