With our Last Minute Flight Rewards, landing in February 2024, we will make unsold seats available at our Ultimate Reward rate within the last 48 hours before departure.

You will be able to pay less for flights with Points + Cash and have the option to upgrade with your points and treat yourself to a little luxury.

Rex Flight Rewards

Access seats across our Economy class and Business Class on our domestic Boeing 737 network, with three reward types for you to choose from - giving you great choice and value. Take off for as little as 6,900 points + taxes and airline charges.

Reward Type Description
Anytime Never miss out on a redemption reward. Every seat on the aircraft is available with our most flexible fare conditions.
You can change, or cancel, your flight right up until midnight the day before departure without incurring any change fees.
Getaway You can change, or cancel, your flight right up until midnight the day before departure:
  • Economy changes and cancellations are complimentary until 14 days prior to departure. A fee of $33 or 3500 points then applies for changes within 14 days and midnight before departure.
  • Business changes and cancellations are complimentary until 7 days prior to departure. A fee of $33 or 3500 points then applies for cancellations within 7 days and midnight before departure.
Ultimate Our best value rewards. You will need to book early and be flexible with your travel plans.

Last Minute Flight Rewards*

With our Last Minute Flight Rewards we will make unsold seats available at our Ultimate Reward rate within the last 48 hours prior to departure. For a last minute break or weekend away, Rex Flyer Last Minute Flight Rewards will have you covered.

  • 2 days prior to a scheduled departure, all (except 5) unsold economy class seats will be available at our Economy Ultimate Reward amount;
  • 1 day prior to a scheduled departure, all (except 2) unsold business class seats will be available at our Business Ultimate Reward amount; and
  • From midnight the day before a scheduled departure, any remaining unsold seats will be made available at the applicable Ultimate Reward amount.

Not quite enough points for your next Flight Reward? You mix and match points and cash for all Rex fares using points to offset part of the total cost of your ticket.

Upgrade Flight Rewards*

Treat yourself to an upgrade to Business Class on our Boeing 737 domestic flights.
Rex Point Upgrades are tiered so you require less points depending on the fare type you have purchases.
We also allow you to upgrade from all published fares purchased so you will never miss out on a chance to treat yourself to an upgrade on your next flight.
Upgrade from as little as:

  • 4,300 points on Flex Fares.
  • 8,700 points on Saver Fares.
  • 13,000 points on Promo Fares
